A significant percentage of commercial real estate lawsuits involve some sort of dispute over the sale and purchase of property for commercial use. For instance, most state and local laws prohibit business activities in residential areas and vice versa. Thus, commercial real estate laws also regulate how a property can be used in a certain sector of town versus another area.   In today’s episode, we invited Jamie Cox, Partner at Vice, Cox & Townsend PLLC, as she discussed her background and experiences in the commercial real estate industry.
