Understanding how our menstrual cycle impacts our mood, productivity, and pleasure with Natalie Martin

This week, we are joined by the lovely Natalie Martin, a menstrual cycle and life coach who discusses with us the benefits of cycle tracking + gaining a deeper understanding of our menstrual cycle particularly for women who might be struggling with menstruation issues, hormones, sexuality, pleasure, or recurring patterns in mood dysregulation.
