She holds a PhD in Behavioural Economics and a Master's in Sociology. In her facilitation work, she combines academic knowledge with practical experience in group collaboration.During the Pandemic in 2020, Myriam founded NeverDoneBefore (https://neverdonebefore.org) (NBD), a global online community of facilitators who aim to spark fresh trends in group collaboration. The community includes over 100 members from more than 40 countries.Her business workshops.work (http://workshops.work), has grown into a boutique agency that connects facilitators of the NDB community with multi-national companies to deliver state-of-the-art online training to their remote teams.
