Understanding Idaho's Water Users with Paul Arrington

Paul Aarington is the executive director of the Idaho Water Users Association. He also happens to be a buddy of mine from Alliance Jiu Jitsu in Eagle! We spoke about the history of the association, the demands on the state to find additional sources of water, cloud seeding, and the hopeful resolution and water agreement in the state.
