Denton stresses the importance of these certifications to professionals in the industry, particularly in sales.[3:28] The NCT certification is an open-book test on the basics of installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) of air filtration systems. [4:40] You do not have to be a NAFA member to get an NCT certification. This allows you to invite facility managers and building owners to get certified. [8:45] The NAFA NCT Level II Certification is not as common. It requires participants to demonstrate a rigorous understanding of Bag In, Bag Out procedures.[11:25] Ideally, everybody on your team who is customer-facing should have an NCT certification and a CAFS certification.
