Understanding Oneself

The hardest part of the healing journey is the ability to understand oneself. How many times have you been presented with the opportunity to face your shadows and chose to run from them? How many times have you been given that opportunity to become closer to Christ and chose to shy from it? Every moment is a chance to become closer to Christ, to higher self, to true integration within, you have to have the faith to take the step.
