Our  theme of the month is “Understanding the Principals.”  January also  represents “Beginnings,” and we review the 4 core principals of Art Of  Living & Science of Mind which are: ‘The Thing Itself,’ ‘The Way it  Works,’ What it Does,’ and ‘How to use It’ at the beginning of each new year.
