The purchase of a home is typically the largest financial transaction that a person will experience in their life time. However, the process from loan qualification to home inspection, and from disclosures and appraisals to price negotiation, – is what proves the value of a Realtor®.  In some transactions the Realtor® represents the seller, while a buyer's agent works on behalf of buyers.
