To begin, let's lay the foundation by understanding what we mean by traditional and digital channels. Traditional channels refer to the long-established methods of communication that have been used for decades, such as face-to-face interactions, phone calls, Fax, mail, and even print advertisements. On the other hand, digital channels encompass modern, technology-driven avenues like websites, online services, email, social media, mobile apps, and chatbots.    With that distinction, let's explore the differences between traditional and digital channels. One of the most significant distinctions is the speed and immediacy. Digital channels enable real-time interactions, allowing businesses to engage with customers instantaneously. Traditional channels, although reliable, often have longer response times due to manual processes and the need for physical presence.
