Understanding what's been cut in the President's executive order shrinking two Utah monuments

The Grand Staircase of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument has been cut out of the monument. President Trump's recent order slashing the size of those monuments removed many protected and sacred areas within them. And today, we're now seeing what's been cut. Greg and Holly are a bit astonished by this development, especially since the monument's name won't change.
