Understanding Your Calling

Over the past year, so many of my conversations have circled back around to one topic: Calling. How do you zero in on your purpose and what does it look like to actually live within that purpose? Something about the end of the year stirs all of those questions because deep down, we're a little scared we're missing it. Or that it's somehow passed us by.
