Let’s just be honest.  No one likes to look at their “stuff.”  The sides of ourselves that we are often ashamed of or embarrassed by.  No one wakes up saying to themselves “Gee….let me look at all those parts of myself I would prefer to ignore!”  Instead, if it’s even a conscious thought, it turns into “Nah….I’ll do that tomorrow.  Or next week.  I’m feeling too good today so not a good time.”  And tomorrow turns into the next day, and the next, and the next.  But what if you discovered that these parts of ourselves we would prefer to ignore, can be our BIGGEST teachers and allies on our soul growth journey?  What if by actually shining a light onto these parts of ourselves….that we could truly become happier even FASTER?   In this episode, learn about the two different types of shadows, especially the one that is the trickiest to recognize.
