Undeserved Mercy

Some days, I look at myself and can’t understand why God is still so good to me. I see my flaws, my shortcomings, the moments where I fall short and don’t respond the way a “virtuous woman” should. Yet even in those places—those quiet, unspoken corners of my heart—God continues to pour out mercy.It’s humbling… almost overwhelming. Mercy feels like a soft blanket placed over a cold heart, reminding me that God sees everything and still says, “I’m not done with you.” I don’t always feel deserving, but maybe that’s the point. His mercy isn’t earned; it’s given. And today, I’m choosing to rest in that truth.
