Undiminishable Life

God has put eternity in our hearts. We carry eternal life within us. It is undiminishable life. This is something He freely gives to us. It's not hard, it doesn't need to be a struggle. It is righteousness that comes by faith. In the Bible we see examples of trumpets that grow louder and louder, not running out of air as they do in the natural world. We see fire that never burns out (the burning bush). These point to an eternal reality, one that, through Christ, we have access to. All fruits of the Spirit have a carnal counterpoint that runs out. The fruit of the Spirit never runs out. They are a never-ending well available to us. It is a love that NEVER fails (1 Corinthians 13:8). It is a peace that PASSES all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Of the INCREASE of His kingdom there is no end (Isaiah 9:7). It is a life that defies the law of thermal dynamics. It doesn't deteriorate. It only gets better and better.Support the show
