My voice puts people to sleep. But I can't use that voice for my own sleep. I reveal what I did to turn my consistent insomnia and 90+ minutes time to sleep down to 10-20 over the last decade. It's not easy, but gradual change is possible, I hope this helps you on your journey to quality sleep. I've included two sections: My daily ritual for weekdays and weekends. The specific habits and tweaks made that have helped me get decent sleep for about 90% of my nights. Still not a full cure for insomnia, but going from 2/10 sleep to 7-9 range consistently isn't anything to sneeze at imo.
