Unexpected Warrior Verse of the Day! April 1st

1 Corinthians 1:18 – For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. The cross represents the payment that was made for the remission of our sins with the precious blood of Jesus. It is absurd to those who don’t believe because it takes faith, by the grace that God gives us, not of ourselves, to realize that fallen humanity needs, and has been given, a sacrificed and risen Savior!  God’s Word says, “I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.” The Apostle Paul said, “But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.” God has chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise, and the weak things to confound the mighty… When He chose to offer us His grace and salvation, He chose us to become Unexpected Warriors!
