“Send Coach John a message”Found another gem, which I shared with some basketball coaches & players and it comes from another coach!  Greg Berge (@gb1121): “Unfair will happen to you. Adversity will happen to you. Ask yourself… - How will you react? - How will you respond? - Which version of you will show up? Train your mind ahead of time. Your response will define you.” This is a powerful reminder and one that I’ve been trying to work on for a long time.  I do want to show up as my best possible self - not just in the good times, but all the time!! I’m working on training my mind to respond correctly.  It’s the rest of me that I have to train as well. Since we all have adversity and unfair things in our lives - how will we respond?
