UNHURRIED (September 11)

Not rushed or hurried; calm, patient, and relaxed. Psalm 46:10 - Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth! Practice: Throughout your day, intentionally slow your pace and take in the moments as they come. Take deep breaths, observe your surroundings, and recognize the presence of God in the here and now. Prayer: Lord, help me to slow down and live an unhurried life, being fully present and finding peace in you. Let me be still and know that you are God, trusting you to guide my steps. In Jesus' name, amen.
