Universal Law Snippets: Law of Rhythm and Energetic Dust Bunnies (aka Shadow Work)

Hello and welcome to The Universal Laws with Kristy Sturdivant podcast.🐇Confession time- I really dislike the phrase “shadow work.” Not because of what it represents, but for me it just feels too vast and a perpetual thing that I can never really finish or put to bed. I’ve decided that I prefer the concept of maintaining your Energetic Dust Bunnies. Now, before you poo-poo on the term, hear me out. When we first step into this realm of personal development or spiritual awareness, we are faced with a lot of concepts or situations that we find triggering and we get to dive into and uncover-this is what I would call true Shadow Work as this is the stuff that we have perhaps historically ignored or repressed. However, after we have been on this path for a while and become more aware of our triggers, the “shadows” take on a different and not so intense form. Thus the idea of Energetic Dust Bunnies- those things that blow through our existence after we have done the heavy duty cleaning, but still need a pick up so they don’t pile up in the corner again.What do you think?
