Universal Law Snippets: Law of Rhythm Basics

Hello and welcome to The Universal Laws with Kristy Sturdivant podcast.🎶How in tune are you with your own rhythms? I have a confession, I only recently-like in the last 4 years, really got in tune with my natural rhythms and began accepting them. It was difficult because we most definitely live in a world where we are encouraged to hustle, hustle, hustle. Here’s the thing though, we are not built to be doing this constant productive output all of the time. We need to go into winter mode just like the trees and animals around us.I’m going to give you the basics of this law, and challenge you to really look at your own rhythms. Are you giving yourself the space to rest and recover? Or are you pushing yourself to burnout and having a difficult time creating in a fun and playful way? I’ve personally burnt myself out and broke my body in the process, forced to sit on the sidelines and reflect- I’m not going back if I can help it! I too am in a period of rest and I’m doing only what lights me up, which is why I’m diving deep into this law.
