Universal Law Snippets: Let it Go with the Law of Polarity

Hello and welcome to The Universal Laws with Kristy Sturdivant podcast.This week I had a really great opportunity to let some limiting (and embarrassing) beliefs go. Despite thinking I had already healed this particular part of my identity, it turns out that the roots were strong and deep and I had a brand new opportunity to face it all over again. The Law of Polarity is about discernment, switching direction and moving into a new version or onto a new path for yourself. However, as a human it’s difficult to move into a new direction towards our best lives if our minds are keeping us stuck in old thought patterns. This is where letting go or detachment comes into play. In order to fully take advantage of the new directions or paths the Universe is sending us down, we need to really be brutal about dropping or detaching stuck energy that is holding us back.
