University of the District of Columbia head coach Mike Riley

Mike Riley is the head coach at UDC and is a DC native who played and coached at Georgetown. Riley was an assistant at Georgetown under John Thompson II from 1983-2004 and during that time they won six Big East Championships, four Big East Tournament Championships, made two Final Fours, and won the 1984 NCAA Championship. Riley has been the coach at UDC, a D2 program, since 2013 and is coming off one of the best seasons in program history. We preview their season and go over this year's UDC team, which is made up of lots of players from the DMV.
