It is amazing how each individual person adds value - to our great human family. Here is an example of what I experienced recently from a friend I did not know. I had a problem with introducing graphics in one of the computer programs. So I was looking for information on the internet. Finally, tired - I found myself on YouTube and also asked a question that bothers me there. I found a few minutes of material that initially seemed to cover my problem. So I went in and started watching. Already at the very first moment I understood that the boy who recorded it had some speech problems. He was probably disabled. It didn't bother me at all, however. Almost as quickly, I recognized that he had another ability that was incomparably more important than speech. The way in which he approached the subject was testimony to his very coherent way of reasoning and his rare ability to translate difficult matters into simple words. His only problem was the difficulty of speaking itself. The movie was very concrete. He showed what was going on immediately. The boy who created it did it in a very professional way. First, he briefly said what he would teach me. Then he walked me through the process, recording picture by picture. He paused for a moment on more important points. And finally we came to the point that interested me. The film was approximately 3.5 minutes long. Efficient and understandable. This is how the mind of a real engineer works. I was delighted. .......... and extremely grateful. I immediately felt the need to write to him and thank him. I've also seen comments from other people. All of them, with the same spirit of gratitude, thanked him sincerely. The film was watched by several thousand people from Poland, because it was recorded in our language. Here's what real added value means. This boy shared his knowledge and skills with us. He also shared his time. I am convinced that one day he will have a good job and that he will be successful. He develops what he does great - and then shares it with others. This is what choosing a professional path is all about. The money will come by itself one day ..... one day. They will follow the added value. Judging by the voice - this boy is maybe 17 years old. Everything is still ahead of him. I keep my fingers crossed my friend!  "Each of us brings our added value.
