Unlearning with Latina Podcasters CEO Rita Bautista

Returning to the show for her fourth appearance, my dear sister Rita Bautista returns to the show to continue our conversation on relationships. She is best known for her groundbreaking work creating a platform for LatinX women to share their voices. Over the course of four years, this conversation has shifted as we have grown as people and people in relationships with others. The big takeaway from this conversation is that we have to unlearn behaviors that have been socialized and ingrained in us since childhood. Simply, how do we unlearn our poor approaches to communication, learn how to stop texting our feelings and just dial, be uncomfortable, and say the thing.
