Abigail holds a Master's degree in Counseling, and she has shared her expertise at both the secondary and university levels. She is a “sassy sacred muse”, leading training courses for the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the world’s largest coach training company, and is recognized as a dynamic and inspiring trainer. Currently residing on Lopez Island in the Pacific Northwest, where she spent her formative years, Abigail shares her life with her husband, Clive, and their two children, Iona and Jax. She is also celebrated as an award-winning poet and writer, with her debut book, "Walk Deep," published by Homebound Publishing, receiving accolades such as the 2021 Homebound Poetry Prize and the 2023 Nautilus Award. Notably, her book is a nominee for a prestigious Pushcart Prize.
