He is currently a flow state performance coach and the CEO of Mavericks Consulting where he works with Fortune 500 companies, musicians, entrepreneurs, and world class athletes to find alignment in their life that allows them to achieve nearly effortless results, known as flow. Wilson's method brings together physiology, psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, and eastern spirituality to help people achieve a place of peak performance and maximize their human potential through their intrinsic motivation i.e. what they love to do! He utilizes HRV, breath work, sleep cycles, meditation, and emotional coherence to help people achieve amazing results and build a life that they love! It was an honor to have him on the show all the way from Greece!
