Unlocking God's Word Series Week 3: Inductive Study

The first message of this series was the idea that the objective of studying the Bible is personal change. All Bible study is for the personal change to have us to conform to the teachings of the Bible. We learned that the plot is Jesus Christ. Remember from John 1:1 that Jesus is the Word that became flesh. Now today what we actually want to do is to teach you how to study the Bible. If you don’t have the foundation and didn’t know it’s about personal change and about Jesus, you wouldn’t understand that we are to conform to the image of Jesus Christ and that’s the purpose of studying his Word.
