He insists that the young lions require the guidance of seasoned fathers to thrive in their respective roles. However, the "burnt stones" are those who have endured significant challenges and are the most qualified to mentor the young lions.   Joseph also discusses the different reformers that God will use to bring about reformation. He describes the "Cinderellas" as those who possess genuine inspiration and revelatory understanding, but are often captured by institutions to revive their stagnant visions. On the other hand, the "Rudolphs" are the outcasts who will become the broadcasts. They are unique because they hold what is necessary for a special season.   Furthermore, Joseph emphasizes the importance of spiritual fathers, stating that they are those who are worthy of imitation in the body of Christ. He explains that trials and persecution come for the sake of the word, serving as a stamp of approval indicating that we are moving toward promotion.
