Recipe: In a shaker with NO ice, pour: 2 oz gin (London Dry recommended) 1/3 oz cinnamon simple syrup 1 oz lemon juice 1.5 oz apple juice 0.5 oz blue curacao 1 oz egg white Dry shake until foamy, then add ice and shake until cold Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a torched apple slice and cinnamon stick.
