In this episode I had the privilege of interviewing Charles Botensten, who you may recognize from several Bravo hit real estate show appearances. He is the Owner and Founder of Botensten Properties International, a prominent real estate brokerage firm based in New York City. He talks about how he was never a good student, and many thought he was in his way to failure.
