As Head of Operations at Allica Bank, Em Johnson never gets to be bored – her teams touch nearly everything that the Bank does. With a banking career spanning nearly 20 years, Em has worked in most teams that deliver for customers, including Relationship Management, Credit, Programme Management and Operations. Being a leader is what makes Em get up in the morning, and she is known for being enthusiastic and people-focused, as well as for simply “getting things done”.
