In this week's episode, Barrett and Luna tackle the recent Supreme Court rulings that declared affirmative action and student loan forgiveness unconstitutional. The court also ruled that a website designer has the right to refuse to create websites for same-sex couples, a decision that comes half a decade after the court ruled that a cake shop owner had a first amendment right to refuse to bake cakes for LGBTQ+ customers.
