Unpacking theory and research- Evidence-based practice

In this episode we unpack why it is important to draw on research, theory, contemporary understandings and data to inform our practice as teachers, educators and leaders. Drawing on evidence of what is effective teaching practice and why is key to knowing and understanding the impact of our work.
