We expect things to be as we left them. This is good news for us when we park a car or lay down our sunglasses. It’s not so great when we’re talking about relationships and noticing the growth in other people.   Whether in your team members, your family members, or your friends, allow for a shift in worldview. What has changed about them since you last saw them?   Most important, start with yourself: reflect on what’s changed in, for, or about you in the last few months, weeks, days, or even moments.   You’re not the same person you were. It’s important to acknowledge that those we engage with, even daily, aren’t who they were either.   “Hey!
