http://www.geraldpringle.com B i o g r a p h yIt won't take you very long to be drawn in by the smooth melodic voice of this talented crooner. Armed with both, a soothing tone that he executes with precision and the ability to take his listeners on a journey through his storytelling, Gerald possesses a passion for music that rivals even the greatest of love affairs. It's easy to see why more and more people are yearning to learn more about this rising talent! In the Beginning:Hailing from a region where sweet tea flows freely and Southern Charm is considered a birthright, Gerald A. Pringle was born in the coastal city of Charleston, South Carolina. Maybe it’s no coincidence that it was there where his story began; a city rich with musical history and a wealth of other artistic influences, it seems Gerald was destined for a life that revolved around the performing arts. The son of an Industrial Manager father, who is more widely known as a regional gospel singer and musician, and a mother employed by the State of South Carolina, Gerald's love for music was encouraged by both of his parents and cultivated on the choir of his Grandfather’s church. That is where his interest in the performing arts began. Being reared in a family of both talented singers and musicians, his three brothers included, it was evident that he would continue to embrace his family’s musical legacy. Wanting to learn all he could throughout his musical journey, Gerald’s love and appreciation for various genres of music lead him to join multiple choirs and ensembles from grade school throughout his attendance at the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications and minored in theater.
