Unprecedented court ruling in Sde Teiman video leak probe

The High Court of Justice has ruled that Justice Minister Yariv Levin can choose the official to oversee the investigation into the Sde Teiman video leak affair, instead of the attorney general. Despite restrictions imposed by the court, the ruling was seen as precedent setting in the granting of authority to a political figure in a criminal proceeding.
