Jena actually meant to say that she tested her client's steatocrit to detect her client's level of fat malabsorption, or steatorrhea. There are a few moments in this episode where Jena discusses her client's use of psychosomatic drugs to suppress the involuntary movements she was experiencing, but Jena accidentally calls them "anti-somatics." When she says this, she is referring to psychosomatics.
