In this episode of Going Coastal, Marissa is joined by Marie-Pierre “MP” Delisle, a Postdoctoral Investigator with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) and recent graduate from UCLA. MP’s PhD research takes a deep dive into quantifying the contribution of coastal groundwater to total inundation during high tide and extreme storm events. She’s no stranger to presenting her research to a variety of audiences and isn’t afraid to step out of her comfort zone.
