Unshaken faith when the outcome looks iffy at best [UNSHAKEN 23]

Sometimes we don’t know how things are going to turn out in our life. In Daniel 3 we encounter three men—Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego—facing a situation where their fate hangs precariously between potential salvation and possible demise. Regardless of the outcome, will they remain obedient to God? When we find ourselves in that space where the outcome looks “iffy” at best, God is asking us to make certain decisions that will allow us to stand unshaken in our faith, knowing that obedience will not guarantee us the outcome we might want, but God’s faithful and abiding presence.
