The Knicks are NBA champions for the first time in 53 years, the parade was today, and Farace is thrilled — which means the official rundown says “multiple topics,” but the realistic rundown says “good luck getting him to stop talking about the Knicks before the two-hour mark.”And honestly, how could he not? After decades of pain, jokes, bad contracts, false hope, front office nonsense, and enough Knicks trauma to qualify as a medical condition, New York finally got its moment. The Knicks climbed the mountain, brought the title back to Madison Square Garden, and the city responded the only way it knows how — by shutting everything down, flooding the streets, and acting like nobody has work tomorrow. Farace will absolutely be unbearable, but this is one of the rare times where he has earned the right. Knicks fans waited 53 years for this.
