She was ordained as a Pastor in 2015. She has numerous certifications in Business and Organization and Mental Health to contribute to the consultant and coaching in trauma and mental health in education and personal success.  In January 2020, April Holland finished her Professional Development Class at Harvard Graduate School of Education in Professional Education Acknowledge -College-Going Identity and Student Success. In addition, she has nourished her satiable passionate interest in social justice, such as domestic violence, the proper access to healthcare for mental health and illness, equity, and equality in education. Dr. April Holland is a mother of 5 children, three of whom served the country in the military. A wife of 18 years whose husband served the country for 21 years.
