Nancy Barrows MS SLP-CCC has more than 20 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist focusing on the area of Social Cognition. Nancy is passionate about her work, which helps individuals connect meaningfully with others and build community by strengthening communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Nancy brings this same passion to audiences when she bravely engages in conversations regarding her person who experienced sexual abuse, her healing ‘Spartan Race” and the tools she has gained that allow her to do more than survive. Nancy has found a way to thrive and is dedicated to engaging in ‘uncomfortable conversations’ about taboo topics in order to lift the shame and secrecy that surrounds them as she shares her experience to help others. Nancy also works as a Mastery Coach, conducts live and virtual workshops, and has been a featured guest and speaker LIVE, as well as on live stream shows, podcasts, and at fundraising events. Nancy is the co-host and co-creator of the weekly LIVE show “Connected Human Conversations'', which airs every Sunday at @5:00pm PST on multiple platforms. Additionally, Nancy is a co-host of the weekly live show “The Island of Misfit Toys'', which airs every Thursday @ 5:30 pm PST across multiple platforms.
