People will start to do things because they need to tick a box, but then they’ll start to see the benefits it’s having to staff and productivity and will start to feel good about themselves too. Most people launch a business because they like what they do, but they tend to lose track of that in order to make money, which takes the joy out of it. Embracing these extra, self-love aspects, they feel the love again and start enjoying what they do again.
