Alan and Monk met again to review a delicious beverage while covering their favorite music across genres. Cold open starts with echo chambers while recording, and prank phone calls. Next, Monk and Al tackle the untapped portion of the show and exchange stories and secrets of where to get a beverage and which one to watch for. The music portion starts with breaking down latest festivals attended, and what it means to the local scene. From there, the guys dig into the Blues, Punk/Ska, Country, and Americana genres. The influence of these genres led to a discussion of obscurity. Local musicians and anything not mainstream has to find avenues of exposure, and Porch Talk and Indies Only both offer avenues of getting the word out.
