Prebiotics are like their sidekicks, supporting the good bacteria in our tummies, making it easier for them to do their job and keeping us healthy. We explain that these foods help our gut microbiome stay diverse and balanced, making sure we feel our best.  The conversation also touches on important things like whether it's safe for pregnant or breastfeeding ladies to have these goodies, and they explain how to reintroduce foods if our gut microbes get upset. we gave example of how heat affects some of these bacteria and helping us understand the difference between lactose intolerance and lactose maldigestion.
