Dallas now boasts the top park system in Texas, a designation bolstered by projects like Klyde Warren Park’s expansion. “We secured federal funding for it, and now other cities are looking at us as the blueprint,” he said.On housing, Narvaez called for changes to state laws to support more diverse and sustainable options like condominiums. “We need to build denser and smarter,” he explained, emphasizing the importance of infrastructure upgrades to meet the demands of a growing population.Narvaez envisions Dallas as not just a city keeping pace with innovation but one setting the standard for urban living. “We’re at the top of our game,” he said. “And we’re just getting started.”
