Up and Down Clips End Week 4th in West

It's 2019 and if the playoffs started today, the Clippers would have homecourt in Round 1. Not the worst start to the new year, even if the Clippers' play have left a lot to be desired. The starters continue to come off sluggish to start halves with the bench trying to pick up the pieces. It's been hard to be particularly hyped about the team but still, they're chugging along, and even when they fall behind against good teams, they have fought back until the final horn. The team has been recently buoyed by the strong play of Patrick Beverley and (surprise!) Marcin Gortat, while rookie Shai Gilgeous-Alexander slumped a bit before breaking it in a favorable matchup against the Magic. The nature of the West only provides you with very brief stretches of relief, but the Clips have a nice January. Will they be able to take advantage of it?
