Up one ELO – Day 41

Transcript This is Spoken by Elswyth. The Femdom hypnosis podcast with useful training for the submissive man. Welcome to Day 41. So for the next… about seven days, we are going to be working on three things. Luck, Naughty, and Nice… and we’ll check back in on those around Day 48. You could kind-of say that the theme for this week is “up one ELO”. Surely by now you know what an ELO is. Well hopefully, fingers crossed, I’m about to go up one ELO and it’s well deserved. But for you, you are going to be going up one ELO in your naughty goal, and that’s either the stick, or the statue. And the other is a nice goal. So what you’ll be working on is creativity, health, uh… like dropping sugar, picking out that half marathon to do, and training for it, something like that. You’re going to take some actionable steps, even if step one, and going up the ELO for you, is simply making a realistic list, or schedule, okay? And because I have a feeling that those of you who live in North America, or happened to have started following American Football, might need a recovery day, we’re going to keep today short. You don’t have any tasks, other than thinking over that nice goal, and as for you Permissive Circumstance, we’re going to let the coin decide. Heads for yes, Tails for No. That’s going to be a reoccurring theme for this week, so your happiness and your release is all in the little game of this coin flip. Oh, and do use your recovery day because you’re going to need to be clever later this week. You’re going to have the chance to earn a mini confusion session reward.
