Upcoming Podcast Rebrand

Hey everyone, it's been a while (almost two years) and a lot has changed. We wanted to reach out because there will be some changes to the feed in the upcoming weeks and we wanted to give you fair warning. We are going to be shifting away from a Fitness Podcast to covering Pop culture, including TV, Movies and comics. We will also be involved in some fiction content creation of our own as we are working on a yet unnamed Audio Drama among other projects.
