After reading "Grow Right! With Peace of Mind" by Napolean Hill, I received the inspiration to revive my podcast in a fun way based on a section of the book. There is a chapter explaining the importance of communicating with other people and how enthusiasm helps improve communication. The book provides a fun practice to improve your ability to speak enthusiastically, by reading or talking about something enthusiastically for 10 minutes every day.
